Spin Galvanizing is a specialized hot-dip process designed for small to mid-sized steel components. In this method, the parts are dipped into molten zinc, creating a tough, tightly bonded coating that shields the steel from corrosion. After dipping, each component is spun in a centrifuge to remove excess zinc—this ensures an even coating, perfect fit, and smooth operation.
